Yamuna Body Rolling is more than a self-care program, it teaches you how to roll out tension and create space in the body, keeping it supple, flexible and free from restrictions that may cause pain and discomfort. This is especially good for muscles used in repetitive motion activities.
The workshop is presented by Jacque Benton who has over 15 years experience in Yamuna work as well as bodywork and massage.
This two-hour workshop will focus on myofascial release and self massage techniques for the primary muscles used in cycling.
What to wear and bring:
- Bring a yoga mat if you have one - limited mats are available at the studio.
- Wear tight fitting yoga type clothing as loose clothing can get wrapped around the Yamuna ball when you are rolling.
Contact Jacque Benton (707) 508-7993 with questions about the class.
